Innocent Vareed Thekkethala, popularly known as Innocent, was an Indian actor, film producer, writer and politician. He was known mainly for his work in Malayalam films. But also acted in some Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English films, mainly in comedic roles.
Career
Innocent had never intended to become an actor. But after his previous attempts to make a career as a businessman and small industrialist failed. He happened to enter the world of film. Although acting was his last option, he had a successful career that spanned five decades and in which he appeared in over 700 films, mostly in comedy roles.
